Quality Inspection Process of White Corundum Powder
1. Chemical composition: The content of aluminum oxide and sodium oxide is generally determined by titration. The content of Al2O3 is not less than 99%, and the content of Na2O is not more than 0.3%.
2. Particle size distribution: During the production process, use a microscope to observe the particle size of the micro powder after overflow classification in real time. After overflow, use laser particle size detector to detect the particle size curve. After the drying sieve is loosened, and before the finished products are put into storage, the laser particle size analyzer is used again for detection.
3. Content of magnetic substance: the content of magnetic substance shall not be higher than 0.05%.
4. Density: special bulk density testing instrument shall be used for testing.
