Details that need to be paid attention to when using the sandblasting machine
The most commonly used abrasives in sandblasting machines are: white corundum, brown corundum, silicon carbide, etc.
1. The amount of sand blasted by the sand blasting machine is small, or even no sand is produced: the sand material in the sand storage tank is used up, turn off the gas, and slowly add the corresponding sand material.
2. The sandblasting gun of the sandblasting machine may be clogged: After stopping the air, remove the nozzle to see if there is any foreign matter. If there is any foreign matter, just clean it up; also, check whether the sand material is dry or the sand material is too wet. It will also cause blockage, so the compressed air must be dry.
3. The sandblasting pipe is clogged: The pipe is clogged with dirt. After stopping the air, remove the nozzle first, then open the sandblasting machine, and use the high-pressure gas of the air compressor to blow out the foreign matter; if there is still no effect, try The pipe needs to be removed and cleaned or replaced with a new one.
4. The wet combination of sandblasting abrasives causes no sand: Clean the nozzle of the spray gun, pour out the sandblasting abrasives, dry them in the sun and filter them with a screen.
5. A large amount of moisture is produced by the compressed air of the air compressor matched with the sandblasting machine. This will not only cause the sand material to be wet, but also cause the sandblasting pipe wall to be wet and adhere to the sand material, slowly blocking the pipe, so this should be avoided. Something like that happens, equipped with a dryer.
