Preparation and performance study of white corundum waterborne polyurethane coating
In order to solve the problem that the waterborne polyurethane coating used in the market is expensive and has low wear resistance, and cannot meet the needs of sports shoes for high quality, low cost, wear resistance and scratch resistance, this study provides a white corundum waterborne polyurethane coating with super wear resistance and scratch resistance and good flexibility. White corundum waterborne polyurethane coating was prepared with waterborne polyurethane, white corundum, EFKA4310 dispersant, acrylic thickener, water-based defoamer and amine pH regulator as raw materials. The influence of different proportions of waterborne polyurethane, white corundum slurry and additives, as well as the proportion of white corundum slurry on the performance of white corundum waterborne polyurethane coating was analyzed and discussed. The results show that when the coating is prepared with a ratio of 70% waterborne polyurethane, 20% white corundum slurry and 10% additives, the wear resistance and flexibility of the coating are good. The white corundum slurry is obtained by mixing and grinding white corundum, water and dispersant at a weight ratio of 40%, 8% and 52% respectively.
