In terms of raw ingots, WFA ingots are classified into fixed-furnace ingots and tilting-furnace ingots, which differ significantly in crystal density and impurity control. By production process, WFA micropowder can be divided into acid-washed hydraulic sedimentation WFA micropowder and air-classified WFA micropowder, suitable for various working conditions such as refractories, precision polishing, ceramic glazes and wear-resistant coatings.
We have one supporting grit processing line specialized in WFA fraction sand, graded grits and WFA fine powder.
There are also two dedicated WFA micropowder production lines. All micropowder is classified by acid washing and hydraulic overflow siphon process. The finished products feature tight particle size distribution with strict control on coarse grains and no oversize particles, effectively preventing workpiece scratching.
