White Fused Alumina Micron Powder – Particle Size Conversion Table
White fused alumina micron powder is produced from high-purity alumina. The raw material is melted at high temperature in an electric arc furnace, cooled and crystallized, then subjected to primary manual crushing, jaw crushing, ball mill grinding, water washing / acid pickling for impurity removal, drying and deagglomeration. The finished powder features uniform particle size with no oversized grains and is suitable for grinding and polishing applications.
White fused alumina is classified under three grading standards: JIS (Japanese Standard), FEPA (European Standard) and P Series. The particle size conversion table for white fused alumina micron powder is shown below:
